Refunds and cancellation

Before you pay

Your first short is free and needs no card. Watch it first. If it is not good enough for your channel, you owe nothing and there is nothing to cancel.

Cancelling a subscription

Email dev@tcg-bind.com, or use the cancel link on your account page. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future renewals. You keep the service until the end of the month you have paid for, and every video already published stays on your channel.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first charge: full refund on request, for any reason.
• If we did not deliver: if we published fewer shorts than your plan promised in a billing month, tell us and we refund that month pro rata, or extend the month — your choice.
• If a video was wrong: we take it down or correct it at no cost. If the error was ours and you want out, we refund the current month.
• Otherwise, monthly fees already charged are not refundable, because the work for that period has been produced.

How the charge appears

Your bank statement will show JIYUN KIM, the operator of Channel Autopilot. Stripe also emails you a receipt naming the plan. If you see that line and do not recognise it, email dev@tcg-bind.com before disputing it — we will identify the charge or refund it.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — we would rather refund you than argue with a bank. We answer refund requests within 3 business days.
