Privacy Policy

What we collect

• What you type on this site: the subject you ask the agent to write about, and your email address if you give it to us.
• If you connect a YouTube channel: your Google account identifier and email, your YouTube channel ID and name, and an OAuth token that lets us upload to that channel.
• Service records: the shorts we produce for you, their titles, descriptions and sources, and the public view counts of what we published.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

YouTube API Services

Channel Autopilot uses YouTube API Services. By using the service you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• Data we access: permission to upload videos to the channel you connect, the channel's identifier and name, metadata of the videos we upload, and publicly available view counts for those videos.
• Why: to publish the shorts you approve on the schedule you chose, and to report back what they did.
• What we never do: we do not read your private messages or email, we do not touch videos we did not upload, we do not sell YouTube data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train third-party models.
• Storage and retention: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and kept only while your subscription is active. When you cancel or revoke access we delete the token within 7 days. Produced videos and their source records are kept for 12 months so you can ask us to show our work, then deleted.
• Revoking access: you can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing dev@tcg-bind.com. Uploads stop immediately.

Who else sees your data

Service providers that run parts of the pipeline on our behalf: cloud hosting, and AI providers used to research, write, voice and render a short. They process it only to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Your choices

Email dev@tcg-bind.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. If you delete your account we remove your tokens, email and produced records; videos already published on your own channel remain yours and stay under your control.

Children

The service is for people aged 18 or over, and for channels their owner is entitled to operate.

AI disclosure

Every video this service produces is generated by software: script, voice, footage and captions. Nothing is represented as filmed by a human crew. You decide whether it is published on your channel.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, email active customers.
